Online registration for The 2008 NIA-WIACO Convention is no longer
available. Registrations will be accepted on-site. An additional fee of $100 per person will be applied.

Add $100 per person to the standard registration rate for registrations
received after April 25, including on-site registrations.
Convention registration fee includes: Three full dinners, 3 nights of
entertainment, all business sessions and all spouse/guest activities.
Please contact the Atlantis directly for room reservations by calling 800-386-4786,
and mention that you are attending the National Insulation Association's convention.
Discounted room rates are $290, per night, single or double occupancy, plus mandatory
resort levies, surcharges, and gratuities. To qualify for the discounted room
rate, you must make your reservation on or before April 2, 2008.

Callaway Rental Golf Clubs are available for $80 and must be pre-reserved and prepaid to NIA.
Club rental fee includes two sleeves of Callaway balls.
Spouse/Guest Program — Preregistration is recommended for the spouse program.
There is no additional fee for registered spouses and guests to attend the program.

Secure Online Credit Card Payments
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted online via secure payment method
at the conclusion of the online registration process. Cards supporting the additional
security code (typically a three-digit number on the back of your card) must
have this number entered as well, for security reasons. You will be asked
for your billing address, which will be compared to that on file with your
credit card company for maximum online security.
Upon completion of registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation packet in the
mail with additional convention information.
Fax, Phone, or Mail
Registration will not be complete until payment has been received by NIA. You may send us a check,
or call the office with your credit card number at (703) 683-6422, or fax your payment information to
(703) 549-4838. If you prefer to print and mail your registration form, you will find
a copy of the paper form in PDF format here. Our address is

Payment in U.S. funds must accompany registration form. Make checks payable to NIA

Refunds: All refund requests MUST be made in writing.
Refunds will be disbursed in the following manner: Before and Including March 15, 2008—full refund.
After March 15—50 percent registration fee refunded. After April 2—25 percent registration
fee refunded. After April 25—no refund available.
Golf Tournament Fee Refunds: Full refund available until April 14, 2008.
After April 18, there will be NO tournament refunds.
