NIA has blocked rooms at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass at a discounted rate of $259 per night, plus state and local taxes. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Mention that you are part of NIA's group to receive the discounted rate, which is available from March 21–April 6 unless the room block is sold out beforehand.*

Cancellations made 3 days prior to your arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations requested within 3 days of arrival will be charged 1 night’s room and tax.

Third and fourth occupants of guest rooms are $30.00 for each additional person.
Children under age 18 stay free in room with parents.
