NIA\u2019s 63rd Annual Convention Registration<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s 63rd<\/sup> Annual Convention is open to NIA members, Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC) members, and non-members in the mechanical insulation industry. NIA members who register online will be asked to enter their user name and password. If you do not have this information, email niainfo@insulation.org<\/em><\/a> or call 703-464-6422 for assistance. Register by March 23, 2018, and take advantage of early-bird rate. Payment must be received by March 23, 2018, in order to qualify for the early-bird rate.<\/p>\n

NIA Convention Attendance and Entertainment Policies<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s Convention Committee designed this year\u2019s program with members in mind to ensure a balance of quality education, networking events, and fun. We appreciate your support of this schedule and, per NIA\u2019s Meetings I-3, Member Entertainment\/Meeting Policy<\/em><\/a>, we ask that there be no independent or company-planned entertainment or meetings during scheduled NIA Convention sessions, programs, or events. Additionally, we ask that all Convention attendees adhere to the 6:1 ratio for entertaining on Thursday\u2019s open evening. (One paid Convention attendee may entertain 6 other paid Convention registrants.) No individual event or daily Convention registration rates are available. Children ages 3\u201312 must register at the youth rate in order to attend Convention functions. Anyone working in the industry must register at the appropriate member\/non-member rate and may not register as a spouse\/guest. By registering for this event, you agree that your image may be used and distributed in NIA communications and media.<\/p>\n

Registration Fees<\/h2>\n

Convention registration fees include 2 continental and 1 full breakfast, 1 lunch, 2 full dinners (with open bars), 2 nights of entertainment, all educational sessions, and committee meetings. Please choose the price corresponding to your membership type.<\/p>\n

New for NIA\u2019s 63rd<\/sup> Annual Convention\u2014Registration Discounts Available!<\/h2>\n

NIA member companies who send more than 2 attendees to the Convention will receive a $100 discount on third or additional registrants (spouses\/guests are not eligible for this discount.). Payment must be received by March 23 in order to qualify for the early-bird rates. Add $100 per person to the standard registration rate for registrations received after April 11, including on-site registrations. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>*<\/strong> Spouse\/Guest is defined as someone accompanying a paid registrant who does not work in the industry and will not be attending business or committee meetings<\/p>\n

Optional Registration<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s Golf Tournament<\/a> (April 19)\u2014$245 per player (includes all tournament costs, a box lunch, prizes, golf cart, and golf bag pick-up and return on the day of the tournament). Club rentals, which include 6 golf balls, are available through the golf course for $65, plus tax, and will be billed to your hotel reservation the day of the tournament.<\/p>\n

Spouse Program<\/a>\u2014Pre-registration is recommended for the spouse program: Floral Design with a Purpose\u2014Supporting the Salvation Army's Women and Children\u2019s Shelter in Orlando on\u00a0 Thursday, April 19. There is no additional fee for registered spouses to attend these programs. Space is limited, so sign up today!<\/p>\n

Registration will not be complete until payment has been received by NIA. Early bird registration rates are only available if payment is received by March 23, 2018. Registration Policies<\/h2>\n

Convention Registration Fee Refunds<\/h3>\n

All refund requests MUST be made in writing. Refunds will be disbursed as follows: Before February 16, 2018: full refund; after February 16, 2018: 50% registration fee refunded; after March 23, 2018: 25% registration fee refunded; after April 11, 2018: no refund available. All refunds will be credited after the Convention.<\/p>\n

Golf Tournament Fee Refunds<\/h3>\n

All refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund is available until March 23, 2018. After March 23, 2018, there will be no tournament refunds.<\/p>\n
