NIA\u2019s 65th Annual Convention Registration<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s 65th<\/sup> Annual Convention is open to NIA members, Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC) members, and non-members in the mechanical insulation industry. NIA members who register online will be asked to enter their username and password. If you do not have this information, email niainfo@insulation.org<\/em><\/a> or call 703-464-6422 for assistance. Register by March 20, 2020, and take advantage of early-bird rate. Payment must be received by March 20, 2020, in order to qualify for the early-bird rate.<\/p>\n

NIA Convention Attendance and Entertainment Policies<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s Convention Committee designed this year\u2019s program with members in mind to ensure a balance of quality education, networking events, and fun. We appreciate your support of this schedule and, per NIA\u2019s Meetings I-3, Member Entertainment\/Meeting Policy<\/em><\/a>, we ask that there be no independent or company-planned entertainment, golf outings, or meetings during scheduled NIA Convention sessions, programs, or events. Additionally, we ask that all Convention attendees adhere to the 6:1 ratio for entertaining on Thursday\u2019s open evening. (One paid Convention attendee may entertain 6 other paid Convention registrants.) No individual event or daily Convention registration rates are available. All children must register (including children 5 and under) in order to attend Convention functions. Anyone working in the industry must register at the appropriate member\/non-member rate and may not register as a spouse\/guest. By registering for this event, you agree that your image may be used and distributed in NIA communications and media.<\/p>\n

Registration Fees<\/h2>\n

Registration Discounts Available!

NIA member companies who send more than 2 attendees to the Convention will receive a $100 discount on third or additional registrants (spouses\/guests and youth are not eligible for this discount). Payment must be received by March 20 in order to qualify for the early-bird rates. Add $100 per person to the standard registration rate for registrations received after April 1, including on-site registrations. <\/strong><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Spouse\/Guest is defined as someone accompanying a paid registrant who does not work in the industry and will not be attending business or committee meetings<\/p>\n

Optional Registrations<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s Golf Tournament (April 16)<\/strong><\/a>\u2014$240 per player (includes all tournament costs, a box lunch, prizes, GPS golf cart, and golf bag pick-up and return on the day of the tournament).<\/p>\n

Optional club rentals are available through the golf course for $60 plus tax (Taylor Made M6) and include 2 sleeves of golf balls. The rentals will be billed by the course to your hotel reservation the day of the tournament.<\/p>\n

Spouse Programs<\/strong><\/a>\u2014Pre-registration is recommended for the spouse programs: Create Your Own Custom Drink Rim on Thursday, April 16, and Guided Desert Powerwalk on Friday, April 17. There is no additional fee for registered spouses to attend these programs. Space is limited, so sign up today!<\/p>\n

Registration Policies<\/h2>\n

Convention Registration Fee Refunds<\/h3>\n

All refund requests MUST be made in writing. Refunds will be disbursed as follows: Before February 17, 2020: full refund; after February 17, 2020: 50% registration fee refunded; after March 20, 2020: 25% registration fee refunded; after April 1, 2020: no refund available. All refunds will be credited after the Convention.<\/p>\n

Golf Tournament Fee Refunds<\/h3>\n

All refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund is available until March 20, 2020. After March 20, 2020, there will be no tournament refunds.<\/p>\n
