NIA\u2019s 66th Annual Convention Registration<\/h2>\n

By registering for the Annual Convention, you are agreeing to\u00a0<\/strong>NIA\u2019s Release of Liability Agreement<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and policies stated therein, and you agree to sign the Agreement on-site at the event. <\/strong>Please complete the form, including payment information, and email, fax, or mail it to NIA for processing. NIA\u2019s 66th<\/sup> Annual Convention is open to NIA members, Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC) members, and non-members in the mechanical insulation industry. NIA members who register online will be asked to enter their username and password. If you do not have this information, email niainfo@insulation.org<\/em><\/a> or call 703-464-6422 for assistance. Register by March 7, 2022, and take advantage of the early-bird rate. Payment must be received by March 7, 2022, in order to qualify for the early-bird rate.<\/p>\n

NIA Convention Attendance and Entertainment Policies<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s Convention Committee designed this year\u2019s program with members in mind to ensure a balance of quality education, networking events, and fun. We appreciate your support of this schedule and, per\u00a0NIA\u2019s\u00a0Meetings I-3, Member Entertainment\/Meeting Policy<\/u><\/em>, we ask that there be no independent or company-planned entertainment, golf outings, or meetings during scheduled NIA Convention sessions, programs, or events. Additionally, we ask that all Convention attendees adhere to the 6:1 ratio for entertaining on Thursday\u2019s open evening. (One paid Convention attendee may entertain six other paid Convention registrants.) No individual event or daily Convention registration rates are available. All children must register (including children 5 and under) in order to attend Convention functions. Anyone working in the industry must register at the appropriate member\/non-member rate and may not register as a spouse\/guest. By registering for this event, you agree that your image or video may be used and distributed in NIA communications and media.<\/p>\n

NIA\u2019s safety policy at the event will adhere to the latest safety guidelines and recommendations. More information about this policy will be posted closer to the event dates.<\/p>\n

Registration Fees<\/h2>\n

Group Registration Discounts Available!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

NIA member companies who send more than two attendees to the Convention will receive a $100 discount on the third plus any additional registrants (spouses\/guests and youth are not eligible for this discount).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The discounts are now available via online registration as well as the PDF registration form.\u00a0If you are registering online and your company has already registered another member from your team, NIA will automatically adjust your registration rate to the discounted rate before processing your registration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

NIA\u2019s Golf Tournament (March 31)<\/strong><\/a>\u2014$290 per player (includes all tournament costs, a box lunch, prizes, GPS golf cart, and golf bag pick-up and return on the day of the tournament).<\/p>\n

Spouse Program: Creating Cacti (March 31)<\/strong><\/a>\u2014Pre-registration is requested for the spouse program. There is no additional fee for registered spouses to attend this program. Space is limited, so sign up today!<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>NIA\u2019s Convention attendees are in for a treat with the 100th<\/sup>\u00a0Anniversary VTO taking place at the hotel property Mar. 28\u2013Apr. 3, 2022, and nearly 150 of the world's top golf professionals on site. Registered attendees, including spouses\/guests\/kids, will receive one VTO complimentary one-day ticket. Daily tickets are required. Register for Convention early<\/a> to get your preferred VTO ticket date\u2014requests are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n

Registration Policies<\/h2>\n

Convention Registration Fee Refunds<\/h3>\n

All refund requests MUST be made in writing. Refunds will be disbursed as follows: Before February 4, 2022: full refund; after February 4, 2022: 50% registration fee refunded; after March 7, 2022: 25% registration fee refunded; after March 16, 2022: no refund available. All refunds will be credited after the Convention.<\/p>\n

Golf Tournament Fee Refunds<\/h3>\n

All refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund is available until March 7, 2022. After March 7, 2022, there will be no tournament refunds.<\/p>\n
