NIA\u2019s 69th Annual Convention Registration<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s 6<\/span>9<\/span><\/span>th<\/span><\/span>\u202fAnnual Convention is open to NIA members, Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC) members, and non-members in the mechanical insulation industry. NIA members who register online will be asked to enter their username and password. If you do not have this information<\/span><\/span>, email niainfo@insulation.org<\/em><\/a>\u00a0or call 703-464-6422 for assistance. Register by April 4, 2025, and take advantage of the early-bird rate. Payment must be received by April 4, 2025, in order to qualify for the early-bird rate.<\/p>\n

NIA Convention Attendance and Entertainment Policies<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s Convention Committee designed this year\u2019s program with members in mind to ensure a balance of quality education, networking, and fun<\/span> events<\/span>. We appreciate your support of this schedule and, per NIA\u2019s\u202f<\/span><\/span>Meetings I-3, Member Entertainment\/Meeting Policy<\/span><\/span>, we ask that there be no independent or company-planned entertainment, golf outings, or meetings during scheduled NIA Convention sessions, programs, or events. Additionally, we ask that all Convention attendees adhere to the 6:1 ratio for entertaining on Thursday\u2019s open evening. (One paid Convention attendee may entertain six other paid Convention registrants.) No individual event or daily Convention registration rates are available. <\/span>All children must register (including children 5 and under) <\/span>in order to<\/span> attend Convention functions.<\/span> Anyone working in the industry must register at the <\/span>appropriate member\/non-member<\/span> rate and may not register as a spouse\/guest. By registering for this event, you agree that your image may be used and distributed in NIA communications and media.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration Fees<\/h2>\n

Payment must be received by April 4, 2025, in order to qualify for the early-bird rates. Add $100 per person to the standard registration rate for registrations received after April 14, 2025, including on-site registrations. <\/strong><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Spouse\/Guest\/Significant Other is defined as someone accompanying a paid registrant who does not work in the industry and will not be attending business or committee meetings.<\/p>\n

Optional Registrations<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s Golf Tournament (April 28)<\/strong><\/a>\u2014$485 per player (includes all tournament costs, a box lunch, prizes, GPS golf cart, and golf bag pick-up and return on the day of the tournament).<\/p>\n

Optional club rentals are available through the golf course for $100 plus tax, and includes two sleeves for golf balls.<\/p>\n

Spouse\/Guest Program (April 29)<\/strong><\/a>\u2014Pre-registration is recommended for the Pasta Making Class. There is no additional fee for registered spouses\/guests\/significant others to attend this program. Space is limited, so sign up today!<\/p>\n

Registration Policies<\/h2>\n

Convention Registration Fee Refunds<\/h3>\n

All refund requests MUST be made in writing. Refunds will be disbursed as follows: Before February 7, 2025: full refund; after February 7, 2025: 50% registration fee refunded; after April 4, 2025: 25% registration fee refunded; after April 14, 2025: no refund available. All refunds will be credited after the Convention.<\/p>\n

Golf Tournament Fee Refunds<\/h3>\n
