Registration<\/h2>\n

NIA\u2019s Fall Summit is open to NIA members. NIA members who register online will be asked to enter their username and password. If you do not have this information, email niainfo@insulation.org<\/em><\/a> <\/strong>or call 703-464-6422 for assistance.<\/p>\n

Register by October 7, 2025, and take advantage of the advanced registration rate. Payment must be received by October 7, 2025, to qualify for the advanced registration rates. Add $50 per person to the standard registration rate for registrations received after October 14, 2025, including on-site registrations.<\/p>\n

NIA Fall Summit Cancellation and Refund Policies<\/h2>\n

All cancellations must be made in writing to NIA by emailing events@insulation.org<\/em><\/a>. Our refund policies and dates are determined by several factors including but not limited to the contractual commitment with the hotel for sleeping room night minimums, food and beverage guarantees and operational expenses incurred by the organization. Refund requests will be disbursed in the following manner: requests received by August 22, 2025, will receive a full refund; requests received between August 22, 2025, and October 7, 2025, will receive a 50% refund; and all requests received after October 7, 2025, will receive no refund. Please note all refunds may be processed after the NIA Fall Summit.<\/p>\n

Registration Rates<\/h2>\n

Registration includes your attendance at all speaker presentations; industry sessions; 1 breakfast, and 2 receptions with an open bar. There are no single-event or daily rates. Cash\/Check payments receive a discount.<\/em><\/p>\n

Fall Summit Attendance and Participation Policies<\/h3>\n

NIA\u2019s Fall Summit is designed to provide opportunities for an exchange of industry knowledge during meetings and networking events. We ask that you do not plan any entertainment events or meetings during scheduled NIA committee meetings or events. No individual event or daily registration rate is available. Participation in the breakfast, luncheon, and evening reception is included in your registration fee.<\/p>\n
