Even if your company placed or entered last year, you are eligible to submit a new project in this year's competition. Only NIA contractor members can apply, and there is no entrance fee.<\/p>\n<p>This is a competition with three winners (1<sup>st<\/sup> place, 2<sup>nd<\/sup> place, and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> place) to be determined by member voting during the Fall Summit event. Each project will be showcased anonymously (company names will be removed from photographs). Winners will be announced during the Fall Summit event, and you must be present to win!<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/GSctgW5bPvwEP6P67\">Click here to view the submission form<\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>Eligibility <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>NIA contractor members (There is no cost to enter as it is part of your NIA membership).<\/li>\n<li>Submissions due by October 2, 2024<\/li>\n<li>Must give written permission for NIA to publish and share photo(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-12269-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-12269-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-12269-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h3><strong>Submission Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Each company may only submit photographs (up to four) of one project.<\/li>\n<li>Photos submitted must try to be unbiased and not display branding of materials, please blur or redact product names\/logos if visible.<\/li>\n<li>The photographs should highlight the artistic value, craftsmanship, and creativity of the insulators\u2019 work.<\/li>\n<li>Submissions must be accompanied by a brief description (maximum 150 words) of the project or system insulated, as well as a short caption that can be used for social media (10 words) identifying the type of application.<\/li>\n<li>The name of the individual and company submitting the photo(s) will be confidential until after votes are tallied.<\/li>\n<li>Photos should be high resolution with a clear view of the insulation work. Several views (up to four) including closeups may be submitted for the same project.<\/li>\n<li>All photos must pass a safety review to ensure no OSHA violations are visible.<\/li>\n<li>Companies must submit the photographer\u2019s name, company\u2019s name, and permission to use the photo.<\/li>\n<li>Companies must grant NIA unlimited permission to use the photo in the future without identification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>To Apply<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Review eligibility and submission requirements to ensure you qualify.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the electronic <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/GSctgW5bPvwEP6P67\">submission form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Email photos (up to four) of one project to <a href=\"&#109;&#x61;&#105;&#x6c;&#116;&#x6f;&#58;&#x65;&#118;&#x65;&#110;&#x74;s&#x40;i&#x6e;s&#x75;l&#x61;t&#x69;o&#110;&#x2e;&#111;&#x72;&#103;\"><em>&#x65;&#118;&#x65;&#x6e;&#116;&#x73;&#64;i&#x6e;&#115;u&#x6c;&#97;t&#x69;&#111;n&#x2e;&#111;&#x72;&#x67;<\/em><\/a> by <strong>October 2, 2024<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Attend <a href=\"https:\/\/insulation.org\/fallsummit2024\/\">NIA\u2019s Fall Summit<\/a>, October 28-29, 2024, to vote and be eligible to compete in the competition. There will be three winners (1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place) selected during the Fall Summit event. All registered and present Fall Summit participants will be eligible to judge (vote) on the projects photographed. We encourage you to submit the details of your project on the application.
