Who is eligible to become a Premier Training Subscriber?
TIAC member companies (contractors, distributors, laminators, or fabricators) that do not conduct business in the United States and are not currently eligible for NIA membership.
What if our Canadian company does business in the United States?
Companies in this situation are only eligible to become Premier Training Subscribers through NIA membership, not through the TIAC subscription program. Visit insulation.org/membership or call NIA at 703-464-6422 to learn about joining NIA.
Who at our company can use the subscription?
Every payroll employee at a subscribing company receives unlimited access to the courses, using their unique company email address.
Is there a limit to how many times an employee can take a course?
No. There are no limitations on the number of times a subscriber can take a course, and each employee has access to more than 100 current courses plus all new courses added in 2026 and 2027.
How do employees log in and track their progress?
Employees access the site with a username and password. Once they create their login, they can track course progress and view completion certificates in their profile.
Can employees at member companies that haven’t subscribed use the Education Center?
No. Access is limited to companies that have purchased a subscription. It is not available to non-subscribing member companies, companies that have discontinued their subscription, or at industry or association training/events.
How long does our subscription last?
Subscriptions normally run on a calendar-year basis regardless of when a company subscribes. Under the TIAC first-year special offer, access instead runs from September 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.
How do we choose our subscription rate?
Select the rate tier that corresponds to your company’s annual revenue in insulation sales, using the Subscription Rates table above.
