"Acousta Therm has been one of the leaders in the mechanical insulation field throughout the state of Vermont for many years. I recently began running the business as my father (Brian) begins working towards retirement. He had a long and successful career in the industry spanning 40 years. As I began my takeover one of my goals has been to bring the company forward and into a direction that is more modern and more connected to others in the industry. We were previously members of NIA (I have a plaque hanging in the front office dated 2004!) and I began looking into what that meant. I was amazed to see the offerings of NIA and thought they would be the perfect partnership to help me move the business in the direction I am looking for.I hope to access the trainings and education components, specifically as we struggle with a labor shortage in our industry (and all construction based industries for that matter).
