NIA's Annual Convention
Event: NIA 71st Annual Convention
Dates: April 12–14, 2027
Location: Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes, Orlando, Florida
Audience: NIA members; industry professionals in mechanical insulation
Format: In-person, 3-day conference
NIA's Annual Convention is the association's largest yearly gathering, bringing together mechanical insulation industry professionals to discuss current issues, conduct association business, and network from a national, peer-to-peer perspective.
Who Should Attend?
The NIA Convention is designed for professionals across every segment of the mechanical insulation industry, including:
- Merit and union insulation contractors
- Insulation distributors and fabricators
- Insulation laminators
- Industry manufacturers and suppliers
- First-time attendees new to NIA
- Spouses, guests, and children are also welcome and encouraged to register
NIA's Fall Summit
Event: NIA Fall Summit
Dates: October 28–29, 2026
Location: MGM National Harbor, National Harbor, Maryland
Audience: NIA members only
Format: In-person, 1 ½ day meeting
NIA’s Fall Summit is an annual members-only event that brings together the mechanical insulation industry in one central location for education, training, and networking. Fall Summit features topical speakers, open committee meetings, tailored industry sessions, and networking opportunities to develop new business relationships
