About the Fall Summit
NIA’s Fall Summit is an annual members-only event that brings together the mechanical insulation industry in one central location for education, training, and networking. Fall Summit is designed to “Educate, Engage, and Elevate,” by providing actionable content for attendees that companies can implement immediately to build their businesses. Featuring topical speakers, open committee meetings, tailored industry sessions, and networking opportunities to develop new business relationships, NIA’s Fall Summit offers members:
- Value—20 hours of education, 1 breakfast and 2 networking receptions are included in the affordable registration rate.
- Flexibility—Minimizing members’ time out of the office is a priority, so all events take place over 1.5 days. The schedule of events is similar to the 2023 event and has been updated from past Fall Summits.
- Convenience—All events take place at one location: the National Harbor, a 23-acre resort destination with access to 3 airports

NIA’s Insulation Project Art Gallery Showcase and Competition
Back for a second year, this event highlights the creativity and artistry of contractor projects representing mechanical and industrial insulation systems, showcasing the craftsmanship of our industry. We invite all NIA insulation contractors to submit their best photographs of their projects. Only NIA contractor members can apply, and there is no entrance fee.

To apply:
- Review eligibility and submission requirements to ensure you qualify.
- Complete the electronic submission form.
- Email photos (up to four) of one project to events@insulation.org by October 2, 2024.
- Attend NIA’s Fall Summit, October 28–29, 2024, to vote and be eligible to compete in the competition. If you cannot attend the event, all participant photos will still be featured on NIA’s website.
