Register online or click here to download a PDF registration form. Please complete the form, include payment information, and email, fax, or mail it to NIA for processing. NIA’s Fall Summit is open to NIA members. NIA members who register online will be asked to enter their username and password. If you do not have this information, email niainfo@insulation.org or call 703-464-6422 for assistance.
Register by October 2, 2023, and take advantage of the early-bird rate. Payment must be received by October 2, 2023, in order to qualify for the early-bird rate.
Registration Rates
Registration includes your attendance at all speaker presentations; industry sessions; 1 breakfast, and 2 receptions with an open bar. There are no single-event or daily rates. Cash/Check payments receive a discount.

Registration will not be complete until payment has been received by NIA. Early-bird registration rates are only available if payment is received by October 2, 2023. You may send NIA a check, call the office with your credit card number at 703-464-6422, or fax your payment information to 703-464-5896. If you prefer to print and mail your registration form, you can download a PDF version here. Mail it to: 516 Herndon Pkwy, Suite D, Herndon, VA 20170, Attn: Fall Summit. You can also fax the registration PDF form, or scan the form and email it to events@insulation.org.
Fall Summit Attendance and Participation Policies
NIA’s Fall Summit is designed to provide opportunities for an exchange of industry knowledge during meetings and networking events. We ask that you do not plan any entertainment events or meetings during scheduled NIA committee meetings or events. No individual event or daily registration rate is available. Participation in the breakfast, luncheon, and evening reception is included in your registration fee.

All cancellations must be made in writing to NIA by emailing events@insulation.org, or they may be faxed to 703-464-5896. Refund requests will be disbursed in the following manner: requests received by August 28, 2023, will receive a full refund; requests received between August 29, 2023, and October 2, 2023, will receive a 50% refund; and all requests received after October 2, 2023, will receive no refund. Please note all refunds may be processed after the NIA Fall Summit.
