Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Product Demo Video and Raffle Giveaway Sponsorship—$1,500
    (Limited to four opportunities)

    • Recognition on event website and marketing materials (pre- and post-event).
    • Company recognition and “thank you” acknowledgment in the NIA News post-event article.
    • Verbal recognition during the session.
    • Opportunity to play a brief 45-second video during the keynote or networking session (video must be approved by NIA and exact session timing is TBD by NIA).
    • Prize sponsor of one raffle during the event. Sponsor will be recognized for a $250 VISA gift card (NIA to purchase gift card). Raffle winners will be announced during one of the events at the Virtual Spring Summit. Winners must be present to win.
    • Sponsors and winners will be recognized in the follow-up article in NIA News, on the website, and on LinkedIn after the event.

  • Branded Zoom Background—$2,000
    (Limited to one opportunity)

    • NIA staff members will use your custom-branded Zoom background for all meetings related to the Virtual Spring Summit event for maximum exposure. Background image to be approved by NIA.
    • Company recognition on event website and marketing materials (pre- and post-event).
    • Recognition and “thank you” acknowledgment in the NIA News post-event article.
    • Verbal recognition during one of the keynote presentations.

  • Keynote Presentation Sponsor—$2,000
    (Limited to three opportunities)

    • Recognition on event website and marketing materials (pre- and post-event).
    • Company recognition and “thank you” acknowledgment in the NIA News post-event article.
    • One banner ad (250 x 207 pixels) included in a Virtual Spring Summit–focused email blast (to be sent in January or February—date TBD).
    • Verbal recognition during the session.
    • Opportunity to play a brief 30-second video before the virtual session (video must be approved by NIA).

  • Networking Reception Digital Ad Sponsorship—$400
    (4 opportunities available)

    • Place your digital ad in the online platform NIA is using to host our first virtual networking reception! This ad will rotate between potentially a total of 4 ads during this session.
