NIA’s Virtual Spring Summit

Register online or click here to print a PDF version of the registration form. Please complete the form, include payment information, and email, fax, or mail it to NIA for processing. NIA members who register online will be asked to enter their username and password. If you do not have this information, email niainfo@insulation.org or call 703-464-6422 for assistance. Register by February 19, 2021 and take advantage of the early-bird rate. Payment must be received by February 19, 2021, to qualify for the early-bird rate.

Registration Rates

Registration includes your attendance at all speaker presentations, industry sessions, and networking events. There are no single-event or daily rates. Check payments receive a discount.

Multiregistrant Discount

If you register more than 1 attendee from your company, discounted pricing is available:

  • Early-Bird Spring Summit Registration:

    • First person is $225; second person is $175; additional people are $175 (check rate)
    • First person is $230; second person is $180; additional people are $180 (regular rate)

The discounts are now available via online registration as well as the PDF registration form. If you are registering online and your company has already registered another member from your team, NIA will automatically adjust your registration rate to the discounted rate of $180 before processing your registration.

Registration will not be complete until payment has been received by NIA. Early-bird registration rates are only available if payment is received by February 19, 2021. You may send NIA a check, call the office with your credit card number at 703-464-6422, or fax your payment information to 703-464-5896. If you prefer to print and mail your registration form, you can download a PDF version here. Mail it to: 516 Herndon Pkwy, Suite D, Herndon, VA 20170, Attn: Spring Summit. You can also fax the registration PDF form, or scan the form and email it to events@insulation.org.

Virtual Spring Summit Attendance and Participation Policies

NIA’s Virtual Spring Summit is designed to provide opportunities for an exchange of industry knowledge during meetings and networking events. No individual event or daily registration rate is available.  Registration for the Virtual Spring Summit is required to attend any portion of the event, including committee meetings.

All cancellations must be made in writing to NIA by emailing events@insulation.org, or they may be faxed to 703-464-5896. Refund requests will be disbursed in the following manner: requests received by January 29, 2021, will receive a full refund; requests received between January 29, 2021, and February 19, 2021, will receive a 50% refund; and all requests received after February 19, 2021, will receive no refund. Please note all refunds will be processed after the NIA Virtual Spring Summit.
