NIA's Fall Summit Is Fully Virtual!
Now you can learn and connect from your virtual office and not worry about flight delays or travel expenses!
As we look ahead to November and Fall Summit 2020, NIA leadership has determined that for the safety of our members, NIA's Fall Summit 2020 will be fully virtually. Fall Summit will feature the same quality education sessions, committee meetings, and networking events that you expect from NIA and that make this event a highlight each fall. We are committed to reconnecting with our members and committees in a safe environment, and we look forward to welcoming even more attendees now that this event is easier to access for all members.
Registration is open. The event will take place over the week of November 2, rather than over 2 days, so that you can attend and have time to continue working on your projects. A full schedule will be available soon on NIA's website.
We encourage you to register by Oct. 22 to receive your event goody bag and all of the committee meeting materials. Registration for Fall Summit is required to attend any portion of the event, including committee meetings. To encourage robust participation, NIA has added additional networking events and offers rates as low as $175 for member companies that register multiple people. Plus, our virtual event eliminates travel costs such as airfare and hotel expenses while offering you the targeted educational content and national networking events you expect from NIA.

Fraudulent Event Phishing Emails
Recently, some members received a fraudulent phishing email from Julie.Allison@Lead-Essential.com, and we can assure you that NIA has not partnered with any organization to share attendee information. If you receive an email like this, the best course of action is to block the sender and delete the email from your inbox. In the October E-News Bulletin, we shared how NIA has recently partnered with more than 100 organizations to urge the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to immediately address and protect associations and their members from fraudulent event marketing like this. Click here to read the letter to asking the FTC and DOJ to address and combat these deceptive practices. NIA’s data is secure, and member information is never sold to third parties. Any claims offering to sell NIA membership or event attendee information are scams.
