NIA’s New Tabletop Exhibit for 2026
NIA’s 2026 Fall Summit will now offer the opportunity to sponsor a Tabletop Exhibit, which is open to all NIA member types. This event has been requested by the membership, and NIA is excited to offer this Tabletop opportunity every other year. The Tabletop Exhibit will take place on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 12:45 to 2:45 p.m. alongside a reception-style lunch. Click here to see the schedule.
Why Participate?
The Tabletop Exhibit gives sponsors direct face time with Fall Summit attendees during a dedicated networking lunch—combining product visibility, brand recognition, and networking in a single event.

Fall Summit typically hosts 150 to170 attendees, across a range of membership types, making this dedicated exhibit space an opportunity to meet new clients and deepen existing relationships. - Display Your New Products or Services
Bring samples, literature, or demos to directly showcase what’s new to an engaged, relevant audience. - Value—Everything Is Included
Your table, seating (two chairs), signage, lunch, and one Fall Summit registration ($465 value) are all provided as part of the sponsorship cost. - Brand Visibility
Your company name is promoted as part of NIA’s marketing before, during, and after the event. On-site recognition includes signage, NIA’s Mobile Meeting App, and during the general session, keeping your brand visible to attendees. - Increased Engagement
The reception-style lunch adds a relaxed, social element to the exhibit time. Sponsors also have the option to offer an approved raffle item ($500 maximum value), giving attendees an extra incentive to stop by the table and start a conversation.
Sponsorship Investment
The Tabletop Exhibit sponsorship is $1,500 and includes one Fall Summit registration (a $465 value) and the following benefits. Space is limited to ensure a comfortable, high-traffic exhibit environment, and tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one table per company is allowed.

How to Register
Space for the Tabletop Exhibit is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your table, complete the Fall Summit Sponsorship Order Form and return it by September 30, 2026, to events@insulation.org.
