What is the Tabletop Exhibit
The Tabletop Exhibit is a new sponsorship opportunity at NIA’s Fall Summit, open to all member types. It combines a dedicated exhibit table with a reception-style networking lunch, giving sponsors direct face time with attendees.
When and where will it take place?
The Tabletop Exhibit will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 12:45–2:45 p.m. during the 2026 Fall Summit, alongside a reception-style lunch. You can view the full event schedule here.
How often will this opportunity be offered?
The Tabletop Exhibit will be offered every other year, with 2026 marking its debut at the Fall Summit. The next opportunity to participate will be in 2028.
Who can participate?
This opportunity is open to all NIA member types.
How many tables can my company reserve?
Only one table per company is allowed.
How many attendees typically come to Fall Summit?
Fall Summit typically draws 150 to170 attendees across a range of membership types.
What’s included in the sponsorship?
- 6 ft. skirted table
- Small cocktail round with two chairs
- Signage provided by NIA
- One registration to attend the Fall Summit (a $465 value)
- Opportunity to bring a pop-up banner (no larger than 33.5 in. wide x 80 in. tall)
- Opportunity to display materials/products at your table
- Opportunity to provide one raffle item (NIA approval required, $500 maximum value)
- Reception-style lunch provided by NIA
- Recognition on the event website, in pre- andpost-event marketing materials, and on-site signage
- Recognition during the opening session
- Promotion in NIA’s Mobile Meeting App
How much does it cost?
The sponsorship investment is $1,500, which includes one Fall Summit registration (a $465 value) plus all listed benefits.
Can I bring my own signage?
You may bring one pop-up banner in addition to the signage NIA provides for your table. The banner cannot be larger than 33.5 in. wide x 80 in. tall.
Can I offer a raffle at my table?
Yes. Sponsors have the option to offer one raffle item at their table, with a maximum value of $500. All raffle items must be approved by NIA in advance.
Will my company be promoted before the event?
Yes. Your company will be recognized in marketing materials before, during, and after the event, including the event website and pre- and post-event materials.
How will my company be recognized on site?
On-site recognition includes table signage, a mention during the general session, and promotion on NIA’s Mobile Meeting App.
How are tables assigned?
Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is recommended. Space is limited to ensure a comfortable, high-traffic exhibit environment.
How do I reserve a table?
Complete the Fall Summit Sponsorship Order Form and return it, along with payment, to events@insulation.org by September 30, 2026.
What is the deadline to register?
The deadline to reserve your table is September 21, 2026.
