NIA’s 65th Annual Convention Registration

Please complete the form, including payment information, and email, fax, or mail it to NIA for processing. NIA’s 65^th Annual Convention is open to NIA members, Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC) members, and non-members in the mechanical insulation industry. NIA members who register online will be asked to enter their username and password. If you do not have this information, email niainfo@insulation.org or call 703-464-6422 for assistance. Register by October 1, 2021, and take advantage of early-bird rate. Payment must be received by October 1, 2021, in order to qualify for the early-bird rate.

NIA Convention Attendance and Entertainment Policies

NIA’s Convention Committee designed this year’s program with members in mind to ensure a balance of quality education, networking events, and fun. We appreciate your support of this schedule and, per NIA’s Meetings I-3, Member Entertainment/Meeting Policy, we ask that there be no independent or company-planned entertainment, golf outings, or meetings during scheduled NIA Convention sessions, programs, or events. Additionally, we ask that all Convention attendees adhere to the 6:1 ratio for entertaining on Thursday’s open evening. (One paid Convention attendee may entertain 6 other paid Convention registrants.) No individual event or daily Convention registration rates are available. All children must register (including children 5 and under) in order to attend Convention functions. Anyone working in the industry must register at the appropriate member/non-member rate and may not register as a spouse/guest. By registering for this event, you agree that your image or video may be used and distributed in NIA communications and media.

NIA’s mask policy at the event will adhere to the latest safety guidelines and recommendations. More information about this policy will be posted closer to the event dates.

Registration Fees

Convention registration fees include 2 continental and 1 full breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 full dinner, 2 receptions, 2 nights of entertainment, and all educational sessions. Please choose the price corresponding to your membership type.

Registration Discounts Available!

NIA member companies who send more than 2 attendees to the Convention will receive a $100 discount on third or additional registrants (spouses/guests and youth are not eligible for this discount).

The discounts are now available via online registration as well as the PDF registration form. If you are registering online and your company has already registered another member from your team, NIA will automatically adjust your registration rate to the discounted rate before processing your registration.

Payment must be received by October 1 in order to qualify for the early-bird rates. Add $100 per person to the standard registration rate for registrations received after October 13, including on-site registrations.

* Spouse/Guest is defined as someone accompanying a paid registrant who does not work in the industry and will not be attending business or committee meetings

Registration will not be complete until payment has been received by NIA. Early-bird registration rates are only available if payment is received by October 1, 2021. You may send NIA a check, call the office with your credit card number at 703-464-6422, or fax your payment information to 703-464-5896. Convention Registration Fee Refunds

All refund requests MUST be made in writing. Refunds will be disbursed as follows: Before September 3, 2021: full refund; after September 3, 2021: 50% registration fee refunded; after October 1, 2021: 25% registration fee refunded; after October 13, 2021: no refund available. All refunds will be credited after the Convention.
