NIA's 71st Annual Convention takes place April 12–14, 2027, at Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida. Here's what attendees need to know about identifying fellow attendees, accessing the registration list, and identifying potential scam emails.
When is the attendee registration list available?
The registration list will be available starting February 18, 2027, and posted to the website. If you prefer your name and company not to be posted, please email events@insulation.org.
How are first-time attendees and Young Professional Advisory Committee members identified at the Convention?
During Convention, first-time attendees wear a yellow name badge, and members of NIA's Young Professional Advisory Committee wear a blue name badge. Keep an eye out for both groups and say hello!
Is attendee contact information kept confidential?
Yes. NIA does not share, sell, or rent attendee contact information with third parties, and does not post email addresses online. Membership data is stored separately from the NIA website in a secured association management system.
How do I spot a Convention scam email?
If you receive an email claiming that NIA or another company is providing attendee contact information, it's a scam. Block the sender and delete the email.
