NIA’s 70th Annual Convention Registration

NIA’s 70th Annual Convention is open to NIA members, Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC) members, and non-members in the mechanical insulation industry. NIA members who register online will be asked to enter their username and password. If you do not have this information, email niainfo@insulation.org or call 703-464-6422 for assistance. Register by March 19, 2027 and take advantage of the advanced registration rate. Payment must be received by March 19, 2027, in order to qualify for the advanced registration rate.

NIA Convention Cancellation, Attendance, Participation, and Entertainment Policies

Convention Cancellation and Refund Policies
All cancellations must be made in writing to NIA by emailing events@insulation.org. Our refund policies and dates are determined by several factors including but not limited to the contractual commitment with the hotel for sleeping room night minimums, food and beverage guarantees and operational expenses incurred by the organization. Refund requests will be disbursed in the following manner: requests received by February 19, 2027, will receive a full refund; after February 19, 2027: 50% registration fee refunded; after March 19, 2027: 25% registration fee refunded; after March 31, 2027: no refund available. All refunds will be credited after the Convention. Please note all refunds (if applicable) may be processed after the NIA Convention.

Golf Tournament Fee Refunds
All refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund is available until March 19, 2027. After March 19, 2027, there will be no tournament refunds.

Attendance, Participation, and Entertainment Policies
NIA’s Convention Committee designed this year’s program with members in mind to ensure a balance of quality education, networking, and fun events. We appreciate your support of this schedule and, per NIA’s Meetings I-3, Member Entertainment/Meeting Policy, we ask that there be no independent or company-planned entertainment, golf outings, or meetings during scheduled NIA Convention sessions, programs, or events. Additionally, we ask that all Convention attendees adhere to the 6:1 ratio for entertaining on Thursday’s open evening. (One paid Convention attendee may entertain six other paid Convention registrants.) No individual event or daily Convention registration rates are available. All children must register (including children 5 and under) in order to attend Convention functions. Anyone working in the industry must register at the appropriate member/non-member rate and may not register as a spouse/guest. By registering for this event, you agree that your image may be used and distributed in NIA communications and media.

Registration Fees

Convention registration fees include two full breakfasts, two full dinners with open bars, two nights of entertainment, one lunch, and all educational sessions. Please choose the price corresponding to your membership type.

Payment must be received by March 19, 2027, in order to qualify for the advanced registration rates. Add $200 per person to the standard registration rate for registrations received after March 31, 2027, including on-site registrations.

* Spouse/Guest/Significant Other is defined as someone accompanying a paid registrant who does not work in the industry and will not be attending business or committee meetings.

Optional Registrations

Spouse/Guest Program (April 13)—Pre-registration is recommended for the class. There is no additional fee for registered spouses/guests/significant others to attend this program. Space is limited, so sign up today!

Registration will not be complete until payment has been received by NIA. Advanced registration rates are only available if payment is received by March 19, 2027.
