The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club
Designed by two-time British Open Champion Greg Norman, the course sits along the pristine headwaters of the Florida Everglades, surrounded by live oaks, towering pines, and palmettos. Norman and his team focused on preserving the area's natural beauty and ecosystem, carefully protecting ponds, wetlands, and mature trees and incorporating them into the design.
This course was completely renovated in 2026 with new grass and updates to the clubhouse! The course is located on-site and walking distance from the hotel. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle.
What’s included in the $450 registration fee?
• Green and cart fees for 18 holes
• Caddie and gratuity
• GPS-equipped golf cart
• Tournament prizes
• Golf-bag pickup and return on tournament day
The tournament fee does not include a boxed lunch, please make sure to eat lunch prior to the tournament.
Golfers are encouraged to arrive at the Golf Clubhouse early and enjoy lunch at Fairways Pub before teeing off. This is a great opportunity to grab a bite, connect with fellow golfers, and get ready for an afternoon on the course.
Additional lunch options are also available throughout The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and the neighboring JW Marriott. Please plan accordingly and allow enough time to enjoy lunch before the tournament begins.
Format
The tournament is played as an 18-hole scramble with a 12:00 p.m. shotgun start on April 12th. Preference is given to full foursomes. Players wishing to build their own foursome should first confirm participation with their intended group, then email the request to events@insulation.org. All players must be registered for both the Convention and the golf tournament.
Dress Code
Golf course staff enforce the dress code at all times. Collared shirts are required for participants with slacks or mid-length shorts. This is a non-metal spike facility.
Club Rental
Rental clubs are available for a fee of $85 (plus tax). Indicate your need for rental clubs on the event registration form; the fee will be billed directly to your hotel room.
