Where is NIA's Convention Hotel Located?

The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes sits on more than 500 acres at the edge of the Florida Everglades, about 12 miles southwest of Orlando International Airport (MCO) and roughly 13 miles from downtown Orlando. The resort shares its grounds with the neighboring JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, and guests have access to amenities at both properties.

How Do I Book My Room in NIA's Room Block?

NIA has negotiated at discounted rate of $439 per night, plus fees and state and local taxes. The hotel resort fee has been discounted to $40 per room, per night. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be booked by March 19, 2027. Please use the booking link to make your reservation, here.

What Does the Resort Fee Include?

The discounted $40 resort fee (normally $55 per room per night) includes the following:

• The resort's outdoor pools, and the Grande Lakes Waterpark at the JW Marriott
• Enhanced WiFi access
• Mountain bike rental (two bikes for one hour per day per room)
• One hour of tennis court access
• One hour of access to pickleball court
• Transportation to Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios (reservation required)

What Amenities Does The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes Offer?

Two Resorts, One Amazing Stay: You have access to the Ritz and JW Marriott’s restaurants, pools, and amenities. As a bonus, you can charge items from both properties to your room.

Pools: The Ritz-Carlton pool is refined and relaxed, with attentive service, plush loungers, and private cabanas. JW Marriott pool offers a waterpark and lazy river—great for families and groups. Access to both facilities is complimentary and available to attendees.

Golf: Designed by Greg Norman, this 18-hole, par-72 course is home to the PNC Championship and is certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary .

How Do I Get to The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes?

The resort is located about 10 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO), which takes about 20 minutes by car. The hotel does not offer a shuttle service.

What Is the Parking Policy for NIA's Convention?

Attendees receive a discounted valet parking rate of $50 per car, per night. Self-parking is not offered at the hotel.
