NIA’s 67th Annual Convention Registration
Register online or print a PDF version of the registration form. Please complete the form, including payment information, and email, fax, or mail it to NIA for processing. NIA’s 67th Annual Convention is open to NIA members, Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC) members, and non-members in the mechanical insulation industry. NIA members who register online will be asked to enter their username and password. If you do not have this information, email niainfo@insulation.org or call 703-464-6422 for assistance. Register by February 13, 2023, and take advantage of the early-bird rate. Payment must be received by February 13, 2023, in order to qualify for the early-bird rate.

NIA Convention Attendance and Entertainment Policies
NIA’s Convention Committee designed this year’s program with members in mind to ensure a balance of quality education, networking events, and fun. We appreciate your support of this schedule and, per NIA’s Meetings I-3, Member Entertainment/Meeting Policy, we ask that there be no independent or company-planned entertainment, golf outings, or meetings during scheduled NIA Convention sessions, programs, or events. Additionally, we ask that all Convention attendees adhere to the 6:1 ratio for entertaining on Thursday’s open evening. (One paid Convention attendee may entertain six other paid Convention registrants.) No individual event or daily Convention registration rates are available. All children must register (including children 5 and under) in order to attend Convention functions. Anyone working in the industry must register at the appropriate member/non-member rate and may not register as a spouse/guest. By registering for this event, you agree that your image may be used and distributed in NIA communications and media.

Registration Fees
Convention registration fees include two continental and one full breakfast, two full dinners, two nights of entertainment, and all educational sessions. Please choose the price corresponding to your membership type.

Payment must be received by February 13, 2023, in order to qualify for the early-bird rates. Add $100 per person to the standard registration rate for registrations received after March 8, including on-site registrations.
* Spouse/Guest/Significant Other is defined as someone accompanying a paid registrant who does not work in the industry and will not be attending business or committee meetings.
Optional Registrations
NIA’s Golf Tournament (March 16)—$260 per player (includes all tournament costs, a box lunch, prizes, GPS golf cart, and golf bag pick-up and return on the day of the tournament).
Optional club rentals are available through the golf course for $59 plus tax. New for this year, club rentals will need to be paid for in advance for the event, please click here to purchase your golf club rentals.
Spouse/Guest Program (March 17)—Pre-registration is recommended for the spouse breakfast on Friday, March 17. There is no additional fee for registered spouses/guests/significant others to attend this program. Space is limited, so sign up today!

Registration will not be complete until payment has been received by NIA. Early-bird registration rates are only available if payment is received by February 13, 2023. You may send NIA a check, call the office with your credit card number at 703-464-6422, or fax your payment information to 703-464-5896. If you prefer to print and mail your registration form, you can download a PDF version here. Mail it to: 516 Herndon Pkwy, Suite D, Herndon, VA 20170, Attn: Convention Registration. You can also fax the registration PDF form, or scan the form and email it to events@insulation.org.
Registration Policies
Payment in U.S. dollars must accompany the registration form. Make checks payable to NIA and send to 516 Herndon Pkwy, Suite D, Herndon, VA 20170.
Convention Registration Fee Refunds
All refund requests MUST be made in writing. Refunds will be disbursed as follows: Before January 20, 2023: full refund; after January 20, 2023: 50% registration fee refunded; after February 13, 2023: 25% registration fee refunded; after March 1, 2023: no refund available. All refunds will be credited after the Convention.
Golf Tournament Fee Refunds
All refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund is available until February 13, 2023. After February 13, 2023, there will be no tournament refunds.
